Lesson Policy and Payment Schedule
Regular attendance is required, and necessary to ensure steady progress.
Each student must attend a lesson at his/her regular scheduled time (holidays and school vacations excepted). The public school calendar is generally followed.
A deposit equal to two lesson payments is required. The deposit is not refundable as cash, but is applied as payment for the last two lessons. If you wish to terminate, you must give a two-week notice, then your deposit will cover the last two lesson payments.
Cancelled lessons must be paid for. If the schedule permits, a makeup lesson will be offered within one week of the missed lesson - You must call or e-mail to reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-show lessons will not be made up.
July-August only: Attendance is optional. Any lesson may be cancelled with a one-week notice, otherwise, the regular Lesson Policy applies.
Snow days: Cancellations will be permitted on snow days resulting in dangerous driving conditions. In cases of light snow or cleanup after school cancellations, normal scheduling will usually be followed. If you feel it is unsafe to drive, attendance is not required.
